Improvement Of Rapier Loom

Rapier loom is a kind of shuttle-free loom which is widely used at present, its active weft-insertion method has good adaptability to various kinds of yarns, and it has obvious advantages in multicolor weft weaving. Some enterprises in the manufacture and use of rapier loom, found that some of the loom design is not satisfactory, so the equipment was improved. No more frequent yarn change
In the production, the ga745-180 type Rapier loom has imperfect place, and the bobbin yarn can be used on the yarn shelf is small, so the yarn needs to be changed frequently. In order to solve the above problems, we will be both sides of the twisted-side yarn Guide frame demolition, the square tube on the existing side of the edge of the waste feeder to the bobbin to be installed on both sides can be equipped with feeding yarn of the feet. The outer side installs the waste side to feed the bobbin, the inside installs the twisted edge to feed the bobbin, the concrete improvement method and the steps are as follows.
A small shaft similar to the core shaft (ga741-7757a) of a 1-piece feeding yarn is machined to connect it to the other end of the ga741-7757a. When the customer uses the SM93 rapier loom to produce small canvas, it is found that scissors cutting waste edge can not meet the requirements, the main performance is: Scissors stent strength is not enough, the use of vibration is obvious; scissors blades are not durable, need frequent grinding blade or even replacement; On site observation and analysis, we have adopted the following improvement measures.
First improve the scissors cam. The scissors cam is improved from the profile curve of scissors cam and material. The original movable scissors Blade drive part is an eccentric cam, one weft cut once. In order to improve the shearing effect, the contour curve is improved to 8 glyphs. The improved scissors cam achieves a one-time weft shearing two times, and the shearing frequency increases 1 time times, which is advantageous to the heavy fabric shearing. The original scissors cam is a glass fiber reinforced nylon injection molding, suitable for mass production. In order to enhance the wear resistance, and facilitate the production of single piece, the scissors cam material changed to 45 steel for heat treatment, improve wear resistance. The second is to replace the scissors blade material grades. The original scissors blade is YG8 cemented carbide, high strength, impact resistance, but low wear resistance. In order to improve wear resistance, combined with the working conditions of scissors, the blade material will be changed to YG6 cemented carbide. Again, strengthen the fixed blade bracket. To enhance the stiffness of the fixed blade bracket, the thickness of the fixed blade bracket is changed from 4 mm to 5 mm. Through the above improvement, the performance of cutting waste edge greatly improved, loom power efficiency greatly improved, to meet customer weaving requirements.
